I'm currently subscribed to the following HubSpot tiers:
Marketing Hub Pro v12 (Trial)
Sales Hub Enterprise (Trial)
Content Hub Pro v1 (Trial)
My subscription includes 2,000 marketing contacts, but I'm unable to designate contacts as marketing contacts. Can anyone clarify why this might be happening?
Which workflow type are you creating (contact, company, deal etc)? The workflow action to set contacts as marketing is available in contact-based workflows.
If you're not seeing it there, it likely has to do with the trial.
