I am currently working on a workflow for a campaign.
As soon as a user has filled out a form, an internal notification is to be sent to a colleague. In this mail, it is communicated that the colleague should contact the user by phone. If this telephone call has not been made after 5 days, the colleague is to be reminded via internal e-mail notification. If the user is contacted within 5 days, all is well. In this case, a delay occurs. After this delay, another internal notification is sent to the colleague. The colleague is again asked to contact the user by telephone and this time to check his or her satisfaction. Again, a reminder follows if the second telephone call was not made after 5 days.
The internal notification for the satisfaction query should of course only be sent if the first telephone call has been made. The colleague should confirm independently when she has called the user. How can I implement this in HubSpot?
My idea is that a button is integrated into the internal notification. When the colleague clicks this button, she confirms the call.
Yes, it is possible to implement this workflow in HubSpot using automation and custom notifications. Here's a step-by-step guide on how you can set up this campaign workflow:
Create a Form:
First, create the form that users will fill out. Make sure to collect all necessary information, including contact details.
Set Up a Workflow:
Create a workflow in HubSpot that starts when a user submits the form.
Send Initial Internal Notification:
In the workflow, add an action to send an internal notification to the colleague as soon as the user submits the form. In this notification, you can instruct the colleague to contact the user by phone.
I have already done these steps. How can my colleague confirm that he contacted the user by phone? For example, he should click on a button in the notification. I could not find these function. It is necessary that the colleague confirms the call digitally
