Workflow triggered only outside of working hours

I am trying to set-up a workflow that would be executed only outside of working hours, e.g. 18:00 - 08.00 (the next day).


The problem that I face is that I can't seem to figure out how to filter-in these hours properly as I can only select one option for a given day, e.g. 00.00 - 08.30 or only stay within that individual day, e.g. 18:00 - 23.59. 


Any suggestions on how to solve that?
