Workflow trigger to cancel a meeting booked in hubspot

Hi does anyone know how to include a 'cancel a meeting booked' into a workflow? So that the previously booked meeting is automatically cancelled out of a team members diary without having to manually cancel it?  What property should be chosen?

Hi there,

Something like this isn't possible with workflows, if someone declines your meeting you will still need to delete in manually from your calendar. What you can do, however, is if you are using Google Calendar you can delete the meeting and have this be reflected on that contact's timeline in HubSpot. Go to your Google Calendar and delete each meeting. When it asks you to send notifications, answer 'yes'. This will both notify meeting attendees and update their contact timeline in HubSpot. Each meeting will be deleted from the contact timeline.
