Workflow trigger > when an active list has greater that zero contacts

SOLVE

We are trying to setup a workflow to remind internal stakeholders to augment missing contact data.

We have several Active lists that populate when certain fields are missing.  Once team members have filled in the missing info contacts are automatically removed from these list. The idea would be to use a workflow to ping a stakeholder once or twice a week if a list has greater than zero contacts.  I couldn't find a way to do this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is not possible with workflows, unfortunately, as workflows look at individual contacts - not at lists as a whole. Workflows process record by record.

 

As a workaround, you could look into the following:

This is not possible with workflows, unfortunately, as workflows look at individual contacts - not at lists as a whole. Workflows process record by record.

 

As a workaround, you could look into the following:
