Workflow trigger for email click across many emails
SOLVE
Any suggestions on I can build a process where I set an action (rep notification, send an email, etc) based on an email click across many emails? I know it's doable when a specific email is identified in the workflow or when more than one specific emails are identified. But, I have a campaign where we add and send regular emails weekly via a workflow. I don't want to add every email to this other "on click" workflow as there are many emails and more get added regularly. And, we add new enrollees to the workflow.
The idea here is some workaround or hack that is something like "if click on any email (with this in the title, in a specific campaign, fitting some other identifier, etc), then send follow up email and notify rep.

Thanks for the response @karstenkoehler. What if my clicks mostly go to a set of landing pages. Would below be a hack approach in concept?
- Create dymamic list that records visit to target pages as a replacement to detecting click on the email (this fortunately allows more wildcard or flexible URL settings in the criteria)
- Workflow that sends email and rep notification if added to list.
- Remove from list after certain period of time (to avoid excessive email on visits).
- Allow re-enrollment on workflow (for new visits later).

@RLaub that will unfortunately only work reliably if the recipient accepts cookies in their browser, as far as I know. There might also be privacy browser extensions which prevent HubSpot from tracking the page view vs the link click. It's an approximation, yes, but I wouldn't expect it to match exactly.
If you want to explore this, you can always check already if this is working by creating a list of contacts who received an email and visited a landing page and another list of contacts who clicked that link in a the same email. If there's a discrepancy between them, you would know.
