Workflow trigger based on must have 1 of multiple checkboxes

I have a Multiple checkboxes property with one of the fields being "Finishes X WF" and I want to make a trigger for a workflow where only contacts who have "Finishes X WF" enter the workflow but the only options I see are "is any of", "is equal to all of" or "contains all of". I don't care if it has other fields as well, I just need contacts who don't have "Finishes X WF" checked to NOT enter the WF. How can I set up this trigger?

@SaravCrespo then you would simply filter for "contains any of".

You would have to use two filters to accomplish that:

Field is any of "Finishes X WF"
AND
Field is none of [all of the other values]

The thing is, I don't care what other values the property also has, whether it's 3 o 9 more. I just need the contacts that come into this workflow to have for sure the value "Finishes X WF". If the contact doesn't have the value "Finishes X WF", it shouldn't come into the workflow.
