Workflow to Search Multiple Sequences by Keyword?

SOLVE

Greetings,

This is my first post, and hoping might be able to assist. We have 10  sequences that will be used by 10 agents (for now) and it will be called "Cold Outreach - [agent name]. This sequence could be used 10 more times, so we would like a workflow that could look at all sequences that start with the words "Cold Outreach" , rather than listing all sequences as they will change. The work flow would then look at all contacts that completed the sequence, but did not have any activity, then mark the Lifecycle stage to unqualified.

Many thanks in advance if someone can point me in the right direction.

Workflow to Search Multiple Sequences by Keyword?

Hi @GetMovinIT,

Filtering by keywords is not possible, no, but you can create a contact-based workflow and enroll records when an event occurs, then select 'Sequence finished':

Click 'Add criteria' and specify the sequences:

You can then use the 'Edit record' workflow action to update the lifecycle stage.

Thank you for the reply. So is this information not accurate?

While HubSpot doesn't natively support wildcards like "Cold Outreach," you can work around it by using Contains logic:

  • In your trigger, use "Sequence Name contains Cold Outreach"
  • This will capture any sequence where the name starts with "Cold Outreach" but has different endings.

This sounds like a good solution for us, but I could not actually find a way to do this?

@GetMovinIT not that I'm aware of. I'd assume that this information comes from generative AI?
