Workflow "internal email notification" only populates contact fields some of the time

Hi! This may or may not be a workflow issue. Could also be form/lead gen.
I'm having trouble getting contact record information to push through to our email notifications. Essentially, hen a form is filled out on our site, it sends us an internal email that provides a few details on the lead. Nothing flashy. Screen shot below shows a snippet of the workflow.
However, this email only populates the "Additional Information" if the contact has submitted a form previously, despite that the information is captured in the contact record. See below an example where it's in the record, and shows up, and another where it's in the record and does not. Note, these are all the same form.
I'm wanting to understand:
1. Why this is happening, beyond it being the first form fill
2. If there's a way to have the workflow push that information through - delayed send or something along those lines?

New lead, source info doesn't carry over into form fill
Are you referring to the source and page view information? The form submission notification might be a tiny bit faster than HubSpot processing the source information in the background. Adding a 1 minute delay before the notification is sent might do the trick.
