Workflow goal numbers inconsistent

Goal= Page view

On my workflow Actions page, each email details how many meet the goal criteria. In total, this number reads 10.

On the Performance page, the Goal Conversion Rate only says 3 contacts have reached the goal criteria.

Why is this number different?

Hey @Cameron, 

Were the contacts sent the first email/any emails in your workflow? Contacts will only be counted towards the goal after being sent an email.
