HubSpot Workflow - Lead Revisit (Team-Specific)
These workflow enrollment (and, more importantly, RE-ENROLLMENT) triggers will fire for a given contact once daily. That way, our sales manager isn't innundated with multiple notifications for a given contact who re-visits multiple times a day.
Because of how HubSpot workflow re-enrollment works, it's not necessary to check the 3rd and 4th re-enrollment triggers. - see Add re-enrollment triggers to a workflow

Hi Frank, I am looking to try to set this up and was wondering what your internal notifcation email looks like? Did you put that in the body of the email in the workflow to notify your sales manager? I am attempting to link that specific lead's Hubspot profile URL in the notifaction so the sales manager can click on it to review the contact's activity.
at the moment there is not an option that would enable you to link the URL of the contact, but you are able to add properties (name/phone) in the email to send to the sales manager, this way they will receive the information of the contact. In case of this information it's in a form, the sales manager can set up to automatically receive the form submission.

What is the reason for adding the enrollment "contact has revisited at least twice". I would like the manager to know even if they just visit one page in one day. Will this workflow still be ok if i remove that enrollment?

The enrollment (and re-enrollment) trigger, "Contact has viewed a URL containing <url> at least 2 times" is needed to identify RE-visitors. Otherwise, the workflow would also fire the very first time every contact visits a page. That's not the definition of a RE-VISITOR, and potentially lots of notifiations. (not desired result)
Wrapping your mind around Hubspot workflow logic is like walking into an already darkened movie theater during a darkly lit scene -- it takes a moment to adjust, but once you do ... nirvana! 🙂
