Workflow for lead revisit notifications for a teamSOLVE

Hi is it possible to set up a workflow for an internal lead re-visit notification email for "all leads in XX hubspot team"?
For example, I have a sales manager that wants to receive lead re-visit notifications for all their team's leads - not just leads they own.
Would this workflow work:
Contact property Hubspot team is equal to XX
Contact has viewed a url containing our "website address".
Contact property lifecycle stage is equal to Lead.
ACTION- send an internal email to "Sales Manager" (then within that email it would indicate the lead and page they visited)
Can you identify any issues with the above workflow not working? Would this workflow trigger each time a lead re-visited the website?

These workflow enrollment (and, more importantly, RE-ENROLLMENT) triggers will fire for a given contact once daily. That way, our sales manager isn't innundated with multiple notifications for a given contact who re-visits multiple times a day.
Because of how HubSpot workflow re-enrollment works, it's not necessary to check the 3rd and 4th re-enrollment triggers.
