When looking at the details for a workflow sending emails, if I look under 'Connections' and the emails used, the list includes several of the same email.
I can't find any details about this, but would like to know what it's telling me.
The workflows in question have if/then branches and loop back to a future action in the workflow. Is it 'counting' these emails multiple times?
Would you mind attaching a screenshot of your workflow so that the Community can better understand your question? It'd be great if you could specify which email action you're referring to!
I researched and the Connections section counts any time that particular asset was mentioned (used) in the workflow. So for example, if you add "Email send" action with "Community Form Submission Email" then add if/then branch which says "clicked the link to meetings.community.com in "Community Form Submission Email", you would see "Community Form Submission Email" twice in the Connections section.
