Workflow based on pageviews

Hello HS community,


I want to create a workflow that does the following in order:

1. The user visits LP.
2. Complete and send the form on LP (Contact enrollment trigger).
2. Then he is redirected to the thank you page.
3. If the user goes to any page after thank you page then set property value. If he doesn't visit next page, nothing happens.

Hi @MMat,

 

There can be variations to this, but here's what I would do...

  • Steps 1 and 2 are your enrollment criteria
    • Or if your thank you page is only accessible from the form submission and not search, in theory, that could be your thank you page
  • Set a delay until an event happens - A page is visited that contains your URL
    • Delay 1 minute - or more if you prefer
  • Set Contact Property Value

@Josh , thank you so much for your help! I would like this workflow to work retroactively on people who meet these criteria. Will it work? I wonder because we have "Delay until event happens" here.

No, this won't work retroactively. I'd have to think about how to make that happen. Is that vital?

@Josh yes, it is important to me, of course, if there is no such possibility, I will apply it only to new contacts
