Workflow based on Sales Email

I'm creating a workflow and would like to know if an email was sent within the Sales platform. Is this possible?

No, they are classified as marketing emails and are sent from the Marketing software. The Workflows feature is specific to the Marketing software but any emails sent will show up in your contacts activity feed within the Sales software as contacts are synced across all products. You can specify the Email Type to be a Sales Email, but that won't associate it with the Sales software.

 

Sequences allow you to create automated email workflows in Sales. This is a Sales Pro feature. https://www.hubspot.com/products/sales/sales-automation
