I'm testing my workflow with an existing contact and running through all the various scenarios by selecting the different branches. I randomly get the error below. It's random and different branches, different scenarios and sometimes I get this error, but still receive the correct test error.
We couldn't get the test results.
Something went wrong, please try again.
It's hard to test when this is happening, does anyone know what may be causing this error?

Workflow Test error
I am experiencing this error as well. This only seems to occur when I check the box to have the emails in the workflow sent to me.
My workflow is a re-engagement style campaign. Contacts enter the workflow once the first email in the series is delivered. There are 4 subsequent messages.
If the following one of the following goals is met they are unenrolled from the sequence:
reply to any of the emails within the sequence
use the meeting scheduler link to book a meeting
or after a call from our Acct Manager assigned to this list meeting is scheduled
they remain enrolled in the sequence if the following criteria occur:
they do nothing
they open emails but take no additional action
All contacts who finish the workflow (essentially without taking any action) will be dumped into a static list so that we can pull them from our marketing contacts.
When I test - I receive all of the emails but I also get the same error above. Not sure how to get around this. I am going to publish this workflow and kick it off with the trigger.
We will see what happens - but I would like to know why it's occuring.
That is an interesting one given how erratic it is. I wonder if it is due to the frequency/amount of tests you are running. To confirm, have you gotten this error consistently/repeatedly with any specific branch or scenario?
Best, Kennedy
