Workflow - Enrolled, but only action between certain hours

hi HS community.

I have a workflow that runs 24/7. I'm wanting an if/then branch to be similar to 'if current time of day is from 6am to 6pm then' then action true or false..

is this possible?

Hi @Ace123 

This is not possible unfortunately. You can set entire workflows to only take actions between certain hours of the day, and configure data specific workflows to take actions at a specified time, but not set an individual step of a workflow to observe the time before deciding what to do.

Would it work if you enrol your contact in a new workflow depending on the if/then branch. 

Then your second workflow can run at specified times.
