Workflow Dates

I'm trying to create workflow has an enrollment rule for: 

- Completed form A

- and DID NOT complete form B within 48 hours of completing form A

 

Another way of seeing this is: 

- Contact completes form A

- Wait 48 hours

- Contact has not completed form B

- Enroll on to workflow

 

I'm not sure if a more than/less than date will be the right option?

Hi @Ying,

 

Sounds like you are on the right track. Based on the details you have provided, you can either set this up entirely in the starting criteria using a rolling date filter to refine the second form submission:2016-12-16_0928.png

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Or you could enroll based on the submission of form of form #1, delay the next action for two days, and then have an If/Then branch based on whether the contact has filled out form #2:
