Workflow - Create Deal - Associate Deal with - Not Carrying over Labels
Hi,
I have a Deal based workflow, that creates a new deal associated with the initial one. A "create record"is triggered. Where asked, I tell workflow to associate to this new deal the contacts that were associated to the previous deal.
All works BUT the association labels are not carried over. I found no workaround. This is an issue as the initial deal is a purchase deal and contacts are labeled as admin or user (SaaS product). The deal I create through this workflow is a renewal deal and it is important the labels are maintained to avoid losing granularity and insights.
