Campaigns in HubSpot are made up of assets that include:
Campaign Assets
You can trigger a workflow specifically when one of those assets are interacted with, depending on your Hub Level some may not be available.
Without knowing what your goal/intention is, it is hard to say what would be your best route to take, but if all you want to do is start a workflow if a contact is known to have viewed/visited/engaged with an asset in your campaign, then you have 3 options.
Option 1: Use the "First Touch Converting Campaign" trigger that is = to your campaign name if you are interested in the campaign that initially converted the contact.
Option 2: Use the "Last Touch Converting Campaign" trigger that is = to your campaign name if you are interested in the campaign that was resonsible for the last conversion ofthe contact.
Option 3: Create Your Own Engagement/List Trigger, if you are interested in anyone that has engaged with your campaign ever, first last, or one in the middle (or element that is not specifically tied to a campaign).
To do option 3 you would really need an additional step besides the workflow you are intending to create.
Create a workflow that uses the trigger (whatever engagement with your campaign assets) to start it (Let's Call it "CAMPAIGN: X Engaged Contacts List Add", THEN, have the workflow add the contact to a static list (specifically created for the campaign, you can name it something like the workflow "CAMPAIGN: X Engaged Contacts" - make sure you name it so it matches the triggers so you know what it is used for in the future). Make sure your Original Workflow uses the Static List as the trigger and perform whatever actions you are looking for within that campaign.
Then, Add your static list to your campaign by clicking on the "Static List" from the Add Assets window within your campaign. Choose the appropriate list and save.
NOTE: This will only allow your Original Workflow to be executed the first time (since you can't re-enroll from a static list), so keep that in mind. You CAN get around this with an add and remove of the contact to a static list, but it starts to get complicated.
Option 1 & 2 are the easiest to setup, but may not necessiarly pick up all contacts, especially if the Campaign element is not actually part of the campaign assets. With Option 3, you can determine what those assets are in addition to the ones set by HubSpot.
