Right now you only have the abilty to create tasks in workflows.
Other MA platforms allow you to merge fields and save into a note during autmation which is extremly handy for team members when viewing hisotry of activity.
For example someone fills out a form...you want all of that data in a single note so dont have to go look at each field...
We currently utilize in two (+) pipelines. When one deal closes in our "deals" pipeline it is essentially cloned into a "post sales" pipeline. We want to be able to copy over notes from one pipeline to the other. Please consider prioritizing this.
How are we going with this one in 2024? Is it on the road map yet? Seems like it is posible if others have solved it with developers and apps. Could we please havi it as part of the everyday workflow functionality?
