Workflow - Ability to Create Notes

Right now you only have the abilty to create tasks in workflows.
Other MA platforms allow you to merge fields and save into a note during autmation which is extremly handy for team members when viewing hisotry of activity.
For example someone fills out a form...you want all of that data in a single note so dont have to go look at each field...
I wanted to use a workflow to copy the content of a note to a property that I could display on the deal tile.
We have a Quick Update property to make it easy to see a short status on all of our current deals but each update essentially deletes the history. If we could use a Note, then copy the contents of the Note to a Property, I could have both a history as well as the easy view on the Deal board.
Please, please add this! We need to be able to update on a company level on what workflows a contact associated with the company have been enrolled in. An example: - In a contact workflow I send an email to all contact persons of this company. - When the email is sent, I want to create an activity on the company timeline where I write who was emailed in this workflow.
We are trying to integrate with some third party companies that have workflow integrations. I want to create a note when certain events happen, such as a text being sent to the contact. We would want a note to be able to easily create lists downstream of who received X text message.
This is a must-have for us to be entirely within Hubspot.
The use case I would love this for is making a dummy record to note that an email was sent from another system, for emails that CAN'T be triggered out of HubSpot:
"Reviews.io Email 4 Sent today"
There are so many basic use cases for creating Notes in Workflows, please add it.
