What is it at-risk of? I can't find any clarification of what the consequences are. If I were to ignore all the problems without fixing them, what will happen?
Correct. These are errors and yes, I agree, the terminology is misleading. Your workflows are "at risk" of not working correctly. As far as I know, that's it. Just the equivalent of an alarm sound, nothing that has consequences beyond the errors themselves.

When you're in the workflow tool, click into the At-risk workflows tab, then hover your mouse over a workflow and click View risks.
You might see something like this:
The lifecycle stage couldn't be updated because it would have been set backwards. Lifecycle stages are only meant to progress forward, down the funnel.
or
This contact is ineligible to sync to Salesforce because it doesn't have a valid email address or isn't on the inclusion list
or
The company property couldn't be copied. The record doesn't have this property or the property doesn't have a value.
There isn't one general explanation of what to do and whether you can safely ignore these risk or whether or you have to address them all. They are very contextual.
Generally, there are numerous other risk descriptions. They usually tell you what's not working and they'll also explain hat happens if you don't address them. In the above examples, lifecycle stages won't be set backwards, some contacts won't be synced to Salesforce, some companies will not have a property populated.
In these cases, I would have to review these workflows and check whether I need to adjust them to prevent these errors from happening. Alternatively, if I'm aware of them and they're not doing any damage, I can also ignore them. In any case, I'd recommend reviewing each error.

Thanks for explaining this. For context, all my errors are related to emails (sending to unsubscribed, bouncing, etc.)
I still don't understand what the workflow is at-risk of. Is my workflow at-risk of getting automatically turned off? Is it at-risk of getting automatically deleted? Are we at-risk of getting blocklisted from email? From what you've described, it sounds like it's not "at-risk" of anything, it simply has errors that impact the flow of the workflow. If that's the case, this is a very confusing misnomer and they should change it to say "errors."

I came here to understand the same question, @kyleffotf . If I'm understanding @karstenkoehler correctly, the "risk" is that the workflow may not execute as planned. Hubspot has given no indication that it will stop the workflow, just that there may be critical errors that stop the chain reaction from happening as desired. I'm sure Karsten will clarify if I'm incorrect.
