Wanted to add people who reach the end of a workflow to a list, but...

I created a static list and added people who follow a workflow to it. But when i check back the list, a number of contacts who did not go through the workflow are also in there. Am i getting static lists wrong?

Yes. Static lists do not update automatically. Build your list as active.

Hi Vivd,

No, you are 100% correct, you can only add users to a static list via a workflow. To understand why there are users that did not complete the WF but are in the list I will need to see a screenshot of the WF.

However, it is better to use active lists because they are more versitile, you can add a rule in the active list that users who complete a specific WF will be added to this list.
