Viewing Actual Enrolled Contacts as a list

Hello - 

Is there any way to download adn view the actual list of estimated enrolled contacts in a workflow? I see the number but I would like to double check my criteria against my CRM.

Hi @spaul

You can create a list of people in a workflow using the 'Contact is active in [workflow name]' condition. 

There are also 'has ever been' and 'has completed' options.

I tried it out but I get no results as the workflow has not been turned on. I was hoping to get a list of those who would be potential candidates as the members in my Salesforce campaign are not matching up with the numbers in the workflow.

Oh, I see. 

The easiest way to do what you want is simply create a list with the same criteria as the enrollment conditions on your workflow. This will give you a list of all the eligable contacts that would be enrolled if you checked 'enroll existing contacts' and turned the workflow on.

I have the same problem as OP. I tried doing the list with the same criteria but the number of contacts in my list (34) came out as different from those in my workflow (104), any ideas?
