Using Line item tokens in automated Slack message

Hi all,

We are making use of the Hubspot x Slack integration to let everyone in our GTM team know when a deal has been created and closed.

We are switching to using Line items in Hubspot to have more in dept information on what has been sold, % of discounts etc.

I also want to include the Line items in the slack message to let the team know what has been sold.

I'm not able to use Line Item tokens in the workflow.

Yep, My team needs this as well to avoid creating workflows for all combinations of line items. We have add-on options, upgrades, etc.

As we speak, I am looking for exactly the same option. I managed to create a workflow with create slack message that the deal is closed but not able to continue the flow so that also product line items would be added to the Slack message.

I've worked around it by just creating lots of If/Then options for each product we are selling and "hard code" the name of the product in the slack message.

Thank you! We have too many products (200) so not really a feasible solution.

Hey @TomS. It's likely something not asked for before. I don't see where it'spossible. I'd add it to the Ideas Forum here and see if others could use the functionaltiy. I know HubSpot watches this forum closely.
