I have a workflow that rotates the record between a team and would like to add a filter to this rotation. I have tried creating a User property which I am simply calling "work status" with options for "available" and "away". The idea being that when someone goes on leave we can set there "work status" to away and the workflow won't rotate new records to them.
I can remove them from the team but we have the permissions set up to allow all team members to see and edit each others contacts, so taking one out will result in there contacts being unaccessible for the rest of the team during there time away.
I don't think so. Unfortunately, user properties are not integrated as deeply into the data model yet.
As far as I know, you would either have to create a custom code workflow action or change the rotate record action so that it doesn't rotate among a team but specific users, out if which you can unselect the absent ones.
Best regards
