Upsell workflow

SOLVE

Hi!

 

I need help setting up an upsell workflow. I can't find where I can select or add a Trigger for

People will enter this flow when they Placed Order.

 

Trigger Filters (2)

XYZ contains Product

or 

XYZ contains Product

or

XYZ contains Products

AND

XYZ contains Product

Hi @JSummers,

 

In that case, I'd recommend navigating to a contact that you know purchased something. In the left sidebar, click "View all properties" and scan all contact properties for any that reference the BigCommerce purchase. If contact properties are maintained by BigCommerce, they would show up here.

 

Once you find the property, you can reference it in your workflow.

Hi @JSummers,

 

How are people placing orders and how is this registered in your HubSpot portal? Are you using an ecommerce integration? Is an order manually placed? Which object is used to store this information (contact, deal)? The more details, the better.

 

What kind of workflow do you want to create, a contact-based workflow?

The orders come through BigCommerce, the object used to store is Contact.
The workflow is Contact based. Thank you again.
