Uploaded List not showing in email select recipients

Hello,
I just imported a list of contact names and emails to Hubspot. I get an email that states that my import has been successfully completed. But then it does not populate in the Contacts/List section of HubSpot. I've tried multiple times and given it over an hour (wasnt sure if it took time to show up). Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
Did the import create contact records for the new contacts? If so, the change you are seeing may be due to the change outlined here (#3. New Way to Create Lists).

-2- That 'import completed' email may be a little misleading at times. You'll want to check your import screen to see if any errors prevented the actual import of contacts, companies, deals, products or tickets. OR if no NEW records were imported and just UPDATED.

-3- Once you confirm NEW records were added you can begin to troubleshoot your views. (a different matter)
