***UPDATE w/ my own solution (in case anyone else out there is interested, but please feel free to reply if you have a better solution)***
Here's how I've solved for this. Create 3 lists:
"Meetings - All": Meeting start time = known
"Meetings - More/Less Than 1 Day Ago": Meeting start time is less than 1 day ago OR Meeting start time is more than 1 day ago
"Meetings - Start Time Upcoming": Contact is a member of "Meetings - All" AND is not a member of "Meetings - More/Less Than 1 Day Ago"
Then, I just added "Meetings - Start Time Upcoming" to the list criteria for my Meetings - Last 30 Days list. Probably not the most elegant solution, but looking at what we have coming up, it seems to be working.
**ORIGINAL POST**
I'm trying to create a list of contacts that either
1.) Have had a meeting with sales reps in the last 30 days
2.) Have an upcomingmeeting (in the future, that has not occurred yet)
The reason for this is to exclude contacts that have recently met with or are already scheduled to meet with reps from campaigns in which we're encouraging them to schedule demos with reps.
I have a list created that is using the filter:
I thought this had me covered (and I've been using it for quite a while). But, now that I'm digging into it a little, I come to find out that this doesn't seem to capture contacts that have meetings scheduled in the future.
I do have reports/dashboards set up to see this information (meetings created/scheduled, etc.) but what am I missing re: creating a list with this information?
