Generally speaking you need information in HubSpot (in form of a property) to trigger a workflow.
Personally I have never heard of Juro, but quite a few integrations also come with their own properties, you would need to check the scope of the integration, most integrations list if anything gets written into HubSpot.
If the card only displays associated information that "lives" outside of HubSpot, you can not use it as a workflow trigger.
