Trigger to detect changes in any Company Property

Hi,

We have a customer looking to create a WF to trigger a webhook to update another system.

We are looking to trigger it anytime a property is changed in a company.

If we use "Last modified date" know would it work? Should we use just known or use the "less than" option. Or should we use Company ID is known?

Anyone with a similar scnenario or that can give some insight?

Much appreciated.

Catarina

Hi @CateDuarte,

HubSpot interprets "is known" as "has changed", too. The Last modified date is "the last time any property was modified for this company. This is set automatically by HubSpot."

In other words, if you set a workflow (re-)enrollment trigger for "Last modified date is known", it would enroll companies whenever any company property changes.

Best regards!

Hi @karstenkoehler, I was wondering if you might be aableto help, I want to set a workflow to notify us of any change in a custom object, but there are over 200 properties, is there a way to just set it for ANY property change, instead of having to set each property up in the workflow, as this would be very tedious and would require an update each time we add a new property in the future.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Karsten,

I was trying to solve the same problem. But hubspot seems to have stopped allowing re-enrollment with the LastModifiedDate for some reason.

Have you faced this recently any ideas on how to solve this?

Any update on this? How can we enable re-enrollment again?

Thanks! I was wondering if the "is known" trick would work for this one.
