Trigger 1hr Reminder Text for Meeting Booked

Research so far is showing Hubspot can't do this, I just wanted to be sure, as those articles are nearly a year old at this point. 

Goal: Trigger text reminder of meeting (booked through meetings tool) an hour prior to meeting scheduled. 

I'm relatively new to Hubspot, and finding it difficult to trigger actions as there is not a timestamp property, instead we must use an open-text line.  Due to the availability of meeting times, the workflow to support this function could be quite complicated, needing to utlize more than 24 if/then statements to support.

Any insights are appreciated!
