This doesn't necessarily sound like you need a workflow for that – for a single email send, you could simply schedule a regular email to your contacts: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/create-marketing-emails-in-the-drag-and-drop-email-edi...

Creating a workflow and an automated email wouldn't give you more functionality but would clutter up your HubSpot portal more – as you'd have two assets instead of just one.
