Task based on call outcome

SOLVE

Hi Folks,

 

I want to create an automation that will create a task every time call outcome is logged as BUSY. I can manually create this while logging call but any idea to do it through workflow?

Hi @Rajib_alimul,

 

Activity properties can't be used for re-enrollment directly, that's why a list is needed here. Using a list, you can bypass that limitation by filtering for calls within the last 1 day. Contacts would enter and leave, meaning that re-enrollment by list is a good workaround.

 

Here's what the list would look like:

Thanks a lot! i was thinking the same but problem I found is, if multiple logs are created, only 1 re-enrollment is triggered per day, right?

Correct. Without working with the API and coding a custom solution, this is unfortunately the closest you can get via workflow.
