I want to create an automation that will create a task every time call outcome is logged as BUSY. I can manually create this while logging call but any idea to do it through workflow?
Activity properties can't be used for re-enrollment directly, that's why a list is needed here. Using a list, you can bypass that limitation by filtering for calls within the last 1 day. Contacts would enter and leave, meaning that re-enrollment by list is a good workaround.
