Hi there - I want to present a view or list of contacts who have engaged with us to a sufficient extent that sales should follow up with them. I have no issue in pulling together these people (lead scoring, lifecycle stage - etc.) but I am struggling to include for sales what the last touch campaign was.
I can only find last touch converting campaign - which isn't really relevant for us. We have the vast majority of our prospect universe in our CRM already. I need to show the last touch campaign that ticked the contact over to being a marketing-qualified lead.
I'm wondering if you could make a Custom Report, create a pivot table, and show this data. Here's what I started testing:
Pivot table with Contact ID and Campaign ID & UTM Campaign.
Then you can add filters for the campaign ID getting updated in the last 31 days, and that should show which campaign they've interacted with recently.
If it were me, I'd start with that and see where it takes me.
