Setting up reminder emails to send on a specific date in a workflow
Hi!
When you create a workflow, choose the “centre on a date” option and specify the date you would like, for example the date of a specific event like a webinar.
Now, you can add in a date for the next action to occur, such as a reminder of email, under the “delay schedule and timing” option in your new workflow.
Next, add a new action. To set up an a reminder email for yourself, you can select “send internal email notification”, which will send on the specific date you have chosen. You can also choose a marketing email (“send internal marketing email”) or even an external email (“send email”) to go out on the date you have specified.
