Setting a Workflow Trigger when enrollment is part of another workflow's branch

Workflow A has an IF/THEN branch where NO sends contacts into Workflow B.  There are also additional branches in Workflow A that after a series of messages will later send contacts into Workflow B.

What is the trigger I should set for Workflow B? I would not like anyone to recieve the same email twice. Thank you.

Hi @Otterbot 

If you are enrolling contacts from workflow A, you can leave the enrollment conditions for workflow B blank - this will only allow contacts to be enrolled manually or by other workflows.
