Set time range for a workflow to trigger within

Hello,

I have certain workflows that needs to be triggered only between 9am and 9pm.

Is there any way to set conditions or settings to these specific workflows ?

Hi @ChrisChiha,

 

Generally, there isn't any option for limiting enrollment to certain times, only for pausing workflow actions, in the Settings tab of the workflow (which you're probably aware of).

Just FYI, we have got this new update in HubSpot workflows where you can schedule wf. Check this:

This might solve the purpose for you.

In the settings tab of the workflow, you can set the when you want your actions to execute. Check out this loom video here.

Hello Karsten,

 

By pausing you mean deals/contacts will still be enrolled, but the actions will be queued for next day for example ?

Hi @ChrisChiha,

 

That is correct. Enrollment (and delays) would still execute but any other actions would be paused until the next working hours.

 

Or in other words: If you have, for example, a workflow that sends marketing emails, then those emails would only be sent during the working hours of the workflow.
