Sending automated HelloSign template

Hey Folks, 

I need to send a HelloSign template (contract) automatically when a deal reaches a specific stage. For example, a deal reaches the "Contract Sent" stage and the client (deal contact) gets the automated HelloSign template to sign on. And, at the same time, a specific team member(s) of our team receives the same doc to sign on behalf of the company. 

Is it possible using HelloSign/DocuSign/PandaDoc? Please advise how I can achieve this? Automating the contract send is the main objective.

Hi Ebarak,

This is simple to do using PandaDoc + Zapier.

You can customise the PandaDoc from HubSpot as much as you want using Zapier, then send it along with a custom message.

When the doc is complete, a common task is to use Zapier to then move the deal stage to contract signed (or something like that)

Hi @EbarakHossain ,

You cannot automatically send the quotes to your clients when your deal recahes to a specific stage coz there is no way to send quotes based on deal based trigger in HubSpot. You have to send the quotes manually.
