I am needing to import a list of Contacts, some of which will be the same person. However, the fields for that same person will be different.
Here's an example of a record that is the same person, with the same email BUT they have different zip codes. If I wanted to pick up both zip codes and be able to use that field in a personalized token, how would I ensure Hubspot picks up both fields for the same person, and that I can target based on both of those fields? Thanks in advance!
This is unfortunately not possible. The email address is the unique identifier in HubSpot and there cannot be two contacts with the same email address.
With an Enterprise subscription and access to custom objects, the address could be a custom object. You would then have multiple addresses associated to one contact.

Thank you! What if we need to contact that one email address regarding two items within their account? For instance, if we needed to email them about two collateral cars they have with us (say a Honda CRV and a F150 Truck) is there a way to communicate to that one person about both vehicles within the same email? Basically, a way to use the personal token twice to where it knows to look at the Honda CRV and the F150 TRuck. Thanks!
@ERhine the Honda CR and F150 Truck would have to be separate records, associated to the contact. They could be deals, they could be tickets – ideally however there would be a custom object 'Car' (which requires an Enterprise subscription).
In any case, if the amount of cars is at least potentially not limited, this cannot be handled just within the contact record.
Does that answer your question?
