I've built a workflow in that fires off different actions based on which dates people have chosen to attend a specific event. I would like to add the people who are enrolled to different SalesForce campaigns based on which dates they pick, so have executed this through various branches and all looks to be set up okay. However, the contacts aren't actually syncing through to the campaign in SalesForce when I've been testing it. The campaign is "Active" in SalesForce which is how I've pulled it through, and I followed the usual process/instruction for pulling it through into the campaign. Just can't figure out why it's not actually syncing? Is the sync not instant and maybe I'm being impatient?
Typically the issue is that the workflow is trying to set the campaign before the workflow is synced to Salesforce. In that case, you'd have to delay until the record is synced.

Thanks for helping out - I think you're right, it's saying there is an error because there isn't a corresponding contact in SalesForce, however I can see the contact in SalesForce so not sure why it's logging as an error for this reason. I can see online it says it takes 10-15 minutes for changes to sync from HubSpot to SalesForce, so I have added in a delay that means the campaign is not updated until 25 mins after someone fills in a form, that way if a new contact is created, it should have time to sync over before I then try and sync them to the campaign.
Will keep you posted as to if this works! If you have any other thoughts or tips please do let me know!
