Routing Deals to sales Reps with a deal cap of 250 deals.

Hey I have a client looking to route deals to two sales reps but once they both get assigned 250 in the first deal stage trigger the rest of the deals to a VA. 

Any ideas on how to do that?

Hi @MPhillips4,

HubSpot is just rolling out 'User-based ticket capacity limits for all open tickets' as a public beta and we might get a similar feature for deals / leads soon, but as of now, no, there is no native feature for this.

Currently, it would either require custom code actions in Operations Hub Professional or Enterprise (and the help of a developer) or the integration of a third-party solution like Routera: https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/routera-892685
