Right Contact Owner from Round Robin Meeting Link (Form Submissions)

Hi Friends, 

I need your kind assistance with the following situation. 

I have set up a Round Robin meeting link as the Enrollment trigger of a Workflow and the "Rotate Record to Owner" action is round-robining Contact Owner regardless of who was booked in the submission. I want to find out a way so the booked person in the Round Robin Meeting Link submission will be the Contact Owner. How can I do that?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

HubSpot Support helped me figure this out. This is the solution. Unfortunately, it means you have to update the workflow for every new employee that joins the team or if someone leaves. It's not a scalable solution, but it works.

Thank you for reaching out! 

I understand that you're looking for a way to have the RoundRobin meeting link submission be set as the contact owner as well. When taking a look into this for you this can be achieved through a workflow that looks at either the meeting name (if it has the host name in the title) or the 'activity assigned to' property and set property value then choose the contact owner.

I'm not understanding this. Can you please elaborate? 

If I have someone select a meeting time on a round robin meeting link, that round robin already selected a meeting owner according to their availability. 

How do I copy from the meeting owner over to the contact? It seems copying the contact to the activity would defeat the round robin?
