Reporting when contact lead score changed

Hi.

Maybe I am missing it, but is there a way to report on when a conatcts lead score changed in the new lead score model? I see you can see the lead score history on each contact record, but I dont want to go to into ech record to see when the score changed from low -to med, etc. Looking for a report for a  month to month view of contacts in each treshold any given week or month.

Hi @TTram,

As far as I know, no, but this could be achieved with custom date properties and some simple workflows:

• Create date property "Entered high lead score"
• Create a contact workflow that enrolls records when they're in the high segment
• Use the 'Edit record' workflow action to set the new date property to the date when the step completes
• Only enroll records that meet the criteria after turning the workflow on
