Report on HubSpot Score Threshold Achieved Date

SOLVE

I want to build a report that shows the number of contacts that have crossed our HubSpot score threshold (100 points) each month. How can I accomplish this?

Report on HubSpot Score Threshold Achieved Date

SOLVE

Hi @APeer,

If you want to visualize these contacts based on the date when they surpassed the threshold, we need a date property for this first, e.g. Date of surpassing threshold.

In a contact-based workflow, enroll contacts when their score is greater than 100. Then set the property value of the new date property to the date of the step.

Next, navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Single object > Contacts. Under Filters in the top left corner, change Create date to your new date property and set the filter to 'all time'. Then, in the Visualization tab, drag and drop the new date property into the Displaying area, along with Count of contacts.

Choose a vertical bar chart as visualization type and make sure to adjust the frequency in the top right corner to monthly.

Let me know if you get stuck at any point!
