I have a Ticket Pipeline that uses automation. Each time ticket is moved to a different stage, it will trigger a different workflow. How can I manually restart the workflow for a specific stage?
It seems that re-enrollment option is not available, and it can't be turned on.
This is the message shown when trying to manually Re-Enroll the ticket:
Attempted to enroll manually by.....
Details: Not enrolled. The record was previously enrolled and re-enrollment isn't enabled for the workflow
@MZivkov just realized that after I hit the reply button, thanks for confirming.
In that case, as I said, your best option is to simply create a ticket-based workflow from scratch, replicating the enrollment criteria and steps from the pipeline automation workflow. Pipeline automation is simply a limited version of the regular workflow editor.

Even in a ticket workflow without enrollment criteria, you should be seeing the option to enable enrollment – which then allows you to manually enroll tickets:
If you're not seeing this, can you please share a screenshot of what you're looking at?

This workflow was created from the Edit Pipeline screen:
When opening this workflow In Workflows, the enrollment settings look like this:
And Re-enrollment is disabled.
I understand there is a difference between creating a workflow In Workflows menu, and In Edit Pipeline / Automate area.
Can you guide me what is my best option here? Given that this is an Onboarding pipeline, it can happen that Automation attached to a specific stage fails, and process should be restarted from there. That is what I want to achieve.
@MZivkov it says right there that records can be enrolled manually – in the workflow editor, are you not seeing the enroll button in the top right corner?
If that's for some reason not the case, I'd recommend simply creating the workflow from scratch – as a regular workflow, not part of the ticket automation.

Could you please share a screenshot of you not being able to turn reenrollment on?
Even in workflows without enrollment criteria, this should be an option for you. Click into the enrollment criteria, switch to the reenrollment tab, turn the toggle on.
