Removing a test contact from a Workflow, or reenrolling a test contact

SOLVE

I'm testing a new workflow and have created one test account to run the test. I've made changes and would like to run another test but I can't unenroll my test contact from the workflow. Does anyone know how to unenroll a test contact, or how to remove the restriction so that contacts can be re-enrolled in a workflow?

Hi @VeronicaWinans

In order to test a workflow multiple times using the same contact, you need to enable re-enrollment criteria for the workflow. You can do this temporarily and turn it off when done if necessary.

Follow the instructions here: How do I add reenrollment criteria to a workflow to allow contacts to be enrolled in a workflow mult...

Hope this helps.
