Reduce list size

Hi we are trying to work out how to clean up our list and clean out the dead wood and those that don’t engage. What filters do people search and apply to work out who to offload....

Hi @OneT

HubSpot automatically identifies unengaged contacts based on their email interactions. There is a setting to suppress these from emails sends, but you can also use this information to identfy and either target (with a re-engagement campaign) or delete them.

What is graymail and how can I avoid sending email to unengaged contacts?

Hope this helps.

@OneT there's a good discussion going on about this subject here:  https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Email-Marketing/Do-you-delete-unengaged-contacts-from-your-database...

I'd be very careful about using the unengaged contacts as the only definition for deleting.  This can be quite decieving especially if you have a higher sending volume.
