I thought that when someone completes the sequence, they will be able to compelte the form again and start again, but it's not shaking down that way. People don't seem to be triggering the workflow once the form is completed for the 2nd time.
I can't for the life of me find out where I can edit the re-enrollment settings to check them, I'm pretty sure I'd set them to allow re-enrollment.
1) Where can I find them to check?
2) If I did - where should I look to find my error?
If this is enabled already, could you specify what makes you think that contacts are not re-enrolling? (If your follow-up action is sequence enrollment, keep in mind that a contact can only be enrolled in one sequence at a time.)
